Connie enjoys assisting relationship managers with implementing planning and investment strategies for clients. As a Senior Client Care Associate, her role is to ensure that clients receive exceptional service and that all their account-level needs are being met. She is also involved in comprehensive account support services, including researching and responding to client inquiries, processing account openings and closings, assisting with account distributions, and portfolio accounting and reporting.

Prior to joining SignatureFD in 2012, Connie served as a business manager for a startup wealth management firm in Orlando for six years. She has also worked with Charles Schwab Advisor Services as a relationship specialist for financial advisors in the New York metro region and as a client services coordinator for a wealth management firm in Maitland, Florida.

Connie and her husband Randy make their home in Sharpsburg.  They are certified facilitators of “Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts,” a comprehensive pre-marriage program.  To foster community spirit, they host a neighborhood block party at their home each fall.  Connie volunteers as choir director of Newnan City Church, mentoring young professional females, and teaching a weekly cooking class at home.  In her free time, Connie enjoys singing, walking, hiking, gardening, dreaming up and planning world travels with Randy, DIY home improvement, entertaining, and showing off pictures of her grandchild.
