As a risk management professional, Phoebe understands how important it is to protect the things that matter most. Because of this, she truly enjoys working with our clients and helping them mitigate their risks and avoid exposure.  

Phoebe started in the insurance industry in Maryland in 1988 while attending the University of Maryland.  She has more than 35 years of experience in the personal risk management industry, primarily working with high-net-worth clients. 

With a passion to continue her education in the insurance industry, she earned the Charter Property and Casualty Underwriter designation, an accolade that demonstrates her deep technical knowledge and high ethical standards within the insurance industry. She has also earned the Accredited Advisor in Insurance, Associate in Personal Insurance and Associate in Insurance Services designations.
