This role reports to the assigned advisor
Primary Function
As an initiative executive assistant, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
• Provide administrative support to the assigned advisor(s)
• Manage advisor(s) calendar, travel, and emails
• Prepare communications and maintain comprehensive records
• Maintain robust professional relationship with clients and aid in execution of marketing and sales initiatives
• Organize and coordinate meetings and projects including preparation of presentations
Qualifications
• Time management, organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to problem solve and self-direct
• Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with PowerPoint and Excel
