In a world where technology increasingly intertwines with our daily lives, Ashley’s role at SignatureFD is vital. Her experience, problem-solving skills, and customer service expertise allow her to bring effective and understandable technological solutions to those who need them.

Ashley’s customer service career spans over a decade, including four enriching years as a help desk specialist at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough. As a system administrator, she is responsible for responding to technical support requests, setting up new user accounts and workstations, and creating helpful technical guides for her team and the firm. Her love for technology and problem-solving goes beyond mere interest; it’s about making technology accessible and understandable for everyone, regardless of technological skills.

Ashley earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Georgia State University. She has also achieved the status of a Microsoft Office Specialist Master, indicating her advanced proficiency in using essential Office programs. Away from work, she likes to sing, play video games, and attend live shows.
