Ashley’s customer service career spans over a decade, including four enriching years as a help desk specialist at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough. As a system administrator, she is responsible for responding to technical support requests, setting up new user accounts and workstations, and creating helpful technical guides for her team and the firm. Her love for technology and problem-solving goes beyond mere interest; it’s about making technology accessible and understandable for everyone, regardless of technological skills.
