Business Applications Administrator

Mission of the role:
Ensure a connected, automated lead and client journey by administering and optimizing our business applications (HubSpot, Salesforce, and related platforms), including integrations, data architecture, and workflows, so all internal teams can serve and communicate with prospects and clients efficiently. Support the integration of AI tools with business systems to enable intelligent automation and enhanced user workflows.

Primary Function
As a Business Applications Administrator, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Own and manage the HubSpot–Salesforce integration, including field mapping, record creation, data flow, and inbound marketing data syncs.
- Administer and optimize both platforms (HubSpot + Salesforce), including user management, data hygiene, governance, and system configuration. Develop and customize functionality in Salesforce and HubSpot to meet business requirements, including user journeys and reporting and dashboards.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement CRM enhancements that support business functions, marketing campaigns, and reporting.
- Manage and optimize HubSpot Workflows and Salesforce Flows to automate key processes, including configuring workflows to trigger and respond to AI agent actions.
- Monitor and manage platform updates, API connections, and third-party integrations, and feature retirements ensuring long-term system stability and performance.
- Own website form tracking, conversion paths, and UTM/data capture processes to ensure accurate attribution and reporting.
- Support users by implementing best practices and providing user training and documentation to drive adoption and efficiency, including supporting users in understanding how AI tools interact with CRM data
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of Salesforce and/or HubSpot administration experience
- Development experience (Apex, LWC) preferred
- Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or API integrations with modern SaaS applications preferred
- Ability to communicate and work cross-functionally with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, translating them into scalable CRM solutions that drive efficiency and user adoption
- Comfort with emerging technologies and ability to rapidly learn new platforms
