With a passion for problem-solving and building relationships, Colleen brings a unique blend of skills to her role as a client care associate at SignatureFD. She serves as a primary point of contact for overall account maintenance and support services.
Originally drawn to the field of engineering for its problem-solving challenges, Colleen realized her true calling lay in working with people and fostering meaningful connections. This realization led her to transition to the finance industry, where she discovered the perfect amalgamation of problem-solving, relationship-building, and service.
Colleen’s journey into wealth management began with three summers of internships in the field, solidifying her commitment to helping clients navigate their financial decisions with professional guidance and personalized support. Since graduating in 2021, she has continued to excel in her role, providing comprehensive account support and fostering strong client relationships.
For Colleen, delivering quality service and creating a positive client experience are paramount. She believes building trust and rapport with clients is essential in facilitating smooth financial logistics and instilling confidence in the firm’s capabilities.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Colleen is on a mission to visit every baseball stadium in the country, having already checked off 10 ballparks from her list. She cherishes time spent traveling to see friends and family across different parts of the country, nourishing her close-knit bonds with her large family. In her leisure time, Colleen enjoys outdoor activities such as golf, hiking, and pickleball.
