As an Alternative Operations Associate, Jennifer Castellanos supports the operational processes that help deliver positive client experiences, including account processing, redemptions, capital call administration, internal updates, and Orion audit management. She enjoys solving problems and believes that strong operations play an important role in helping clients achieve financial well-being.

Before joining SignatureFD full-time, she spent two years as an Operations Intern, where she developed a strong foundation in wealth management operations and alternative investment administration.

Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Georgia State University in 2026. Her studies have strengthened her understanding of financial systems and reinforced her interest in the wealth management industry.

Jennifer supports her local community through her family’s restaurant and church, helping prepare and distribute meals to individuals and families in need during the holiday season. She is dedicated to serving others and creating opportunities that help communities thrive.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys hiking, traveling, attending concerts, and exploring new cafés and brunch spots. She is also an avid collector of Peanuts® and Snoopy memorabilia and hopes to visit every destination on her growing list of more than 200 local, national, and international cafés.
