Kim’s passion for helping people and providing the highest level of service is evident in her daily interactions with the team and our clients. As Director of Service, Kim leverages her 18+ years of financial industry experience, exemplary work ethic, attention to detail, and friendly manner to develop strategies for improving our processes and efficiencies and ensuring our clients receive the best service.

Kim works closely with our relationship managers to implement planning and investment strategies for our clients. Kim also provides comprehensive account support services, including researching and responding to client inquiries, processing account openings and closings, assisting with account distributions, and portfolio accounting and reporting. Our clients know and trust that if Kim doesn’t have an immediate answer to their question, she will find the answer.

Before joining SignatureFD, Kim worked as a branch service advisor at the Raymond James headquarters in St. Petersburg, FL. In 2007, she moved to Atlanta and worked with high-net-worth individuals, families, and foundations in Client Operations for Raymond James Financial branch offices in Buckhead and Midtown. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of South Florida.
