As a senior client care associate, Laurel provides comprehensive account support services, including researching and responding to client inquiries, onboarding new clients, processing account openings and closings, assisting with account distributions, and portfolio accounting and reporting.

With a strong focus on collaboration, innovation, and efficiency, Laurel works to help our clients have the best experience possible. She cares deeply about her work and is unafraid to go the extra mile because she understands her role in supporting clients’ financial goals.

Laurel has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations from Georgia State University. She is also a 2016 Teach for America Corps Member. She has served on mission trips and volunteers with Hands on Atlanta. She enjoys cooking with her husband, doing DIY projects, and traveling. She also has plenty of itinerary recommendations for your next Walt Disney World vacation.
