Mckenzie, a creative problem-solver with great attention to detail, dedicates herself to crafting a memorable and satisfying client experience. With a focus on providing exceptional service and support, Mckenzie goes above and beyond to meet each client’s needs. She is responsible for various account maintenance tasks and navigating complex CRM and financial software systems to execute precise financial operations quickly and efficiently.

Mckenzie graduated from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology. She also studied entrepreneurship and creative writing, sharpening her attention to detail and ability to think quickly and creatively. After graduation, Mckenzie pursued a career in financial services, focusing on building strong relationships with clients and positively contributing to the broader community.

When not helping clients, Mckenzie loves watching movies, exploring vintage shops, and writing. She has even had some of her poetry published.
