Walter is a results-oriented fintech and cybersecurity leader. He has a knack for designing and managing complex IT systems while leveraging the cloud. As Chief Technology Officer, Walter is responsible for the integrity of SignatureFD’s technology infrastructure. He works closely with the leadership team to craft and implement the strategic technology plan. As a hands-on team player involved in all layers of information technology, Walter configures workstations, servers, and designs. He implements cybersecurity plans that mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.  

Before joining SignatureFD, Walter worked as a programmer at NASA and a network engineer at Frazier and Deeter. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Morehouse College and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. 

Walter is an active member of Mt. Paran Church, the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG), and the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE). He is the proud father to his daughters, Wrenly and Jordan. They reside in Smyrna, Georgia.
