Jessica Soto, SignatureFD’s director of people and culture, is dedicated to ensuring all team members feel heard and supported while upholding the company’s values. Jessica empowers people and champions the brand, creating a united vision across the firm by seeking to understand. She plays an integral role in delivering an exceptional and inclusive team member experience, which impacts the firm and the success of its clients.

Jessica joined SignatureFD in 2022, bringing over six years of experience at Emory Healthcare and a background in employee relations. Jessica is a driving force behind the firm’s people strategy and is also skilled at developing and operationalizing initiatives that drive culture, engage the team, and enhance performance. In her role, Jessica is responsible for workforce planning, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and other HR programs such as benefits and compensation.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Georgia and is a Senior Certified Professional through the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). When she’s offline, you can find her spending time with her family, traveling, or enjoying the outdoors with her two dogs.
